Keep in mind that 35 Flex Points are alloted each week in addition to the daily target.

WW also allow you to add Activity Points to your daily total. Approximately every 100 calories burned is equal to 1 point.

Weight Watchers The free section of this site provides some introductory information, enough to get you interested in signing up. It does has useful free tools such as a BMI calculator. The best part of this site is definately the free message boards. They are a wonderful place to get support!
Dottie's Weight Loss Zone Dottie's has huge lists of points for different foods, and especially restaurant points. It also has articles, tips and success stories.
Aimee's Adventures Aimee has tested and photographed numerous recipes (points included). She has these categorized in an easy to print format on her very organized site.

Nutritional Database My sweet husband created this tool for me. It uses the USDA nutritional database and converts their nutrition information to point values. You've got to love him! :) *Coming Soon*
Mathematical Points Formula Input the calories, fat and fiber of a food, and this handy tool will calculate the points for you. This site also includes a good explanation of the points formula.
Calorie Counter This site calculates calories burned for different exercise, intensities, and body weights. It also calculates BMI. WW allows you to add one Activity Point for about every 100 calories that you burn.
